Pipe Bends

2D, 3D and 5D pipe bends and everything in between

The most common use of induction bending is for piping system bends. Inductabend can form bends to 3D, 5D, 7D, 10D and any other arbitrary radius with precision, in accordance with all of the major piping system standards such as:

  • ISO 15590-1 – Petroleum and natural gas industries – Induction bends, fittings and flanges for pipeline transportation systems – Part 1: Induction bends
  • AS 2885 – Gas and liquid petroleum
  • DNV-OS-F101 – Offshore Standard for Submarine Pipeline Systems
  • ASME B31.1 – Power piping
  • ASME B31.3 – Process piping
  • ASME B31.4 – Pipeline Transportation Systems for Liquids and Slurries
  • ASME B16.49 – Factory-Made, Wrought Steel, Buttwelding Induction Bends for Transportation and Distribution Systems
  • AS 4041 – Pressure piping

Our capacity to provide NATA accredited non-destructive and destructive testing with our third party affiliates allows us to manufacture pipe bends for the most demanding of applications such as off-shore oil rigs, gas transmission pipelines, mining slurry pipelines, chemical and petrochemical plants, fuel transfer, water treatment plants and much more.
